On behalf of Korean Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology, I would like to welcome all overseas clinicians and scientists to the 17th Seoul International Symposium in Seoul, Korea on Oct. 4, 2012. Under the name of "Enhancing Quality Care for Women" this congress will provide a platform to discuss and exchange update information in every field of obstetrics and gynecology, from adolescence health to social issues. The scientific program is consisted of diverse presentations by the distinguished speakers from many countries with up to date topics on both basic and clinical fields to enhance our medical status. I believe that the Seoul International Symposium will provide a platform for sharing of recent information with active discussion and also for better acquaintance with the speakers and participants from the different regions. I hope that all the participants from every country to enjoy not only medical forum but also diverse social events to have a wonderful memory in Korea.
